I choose this video on technology in education because I feel it really embodies what we are doing today.

Advantages for administrators: Videos such as these for motivating teachers and staff
Ease of embedding into other applications


Disadvantages for administrators: Many districts block the website for content
Any random person can post without any reviewing
Content issues will arise if you simply search a topic
